Technical commitment
The use of the term Digigraphie relates exclusively to a print produce. If one of these four obligations is not complied with, the printed work cannot, in any case, be qualified as Digigraphie®. This obligatory qualification is the guarantee, for the artist as for their clients, of ensuring the fidelity and permanence of the reproduced work.
Artist’s commitment
The artist will excludively produce works in a limited series when using the Digigraphie label, which is defined by three criteria: the number of proofs produced, the format of the reproducion of the work, and the media on which it is printed. Any changes made to the printer, paper or format must become the subject of a new series. The artist ensures that the determined print run will not be exceeded, as indicated on the Digigraphie certificate.
If these commitments are not adherer to, Epson reserves the right to withdraw the embosser from the Artist, together with their Digigraphie referencing. The artist may withdraw from the programme at any time without notice by notifying Epson.
If these commitments are not compied with, Epson reserves the right to withdraw the embosser from the Artist, together with their Digigraphie referencing. On their part, the Digigraphie Artist may withdraw from this programme without prior notice and without particular reason, but having notified Epson in advance.
